Shengzhou Liming Motor Co., Ltd. stator is mainly composed of three parts: stator core, stator winding and machine base. The role of the stator is to generate a rotating magnetic field after driving three-phase symmetrical alternating current to drive the rotor to rotate. The stator core is a part of the magnetic circuit of the motor. In order to reduce the core loss, it is generally made of silicon steel sheets with a good magnetic permeability of 0.35 to 0.5 mm, which are stacked into a cylindrical shape and installed in the machine base. The stator winding is the circuit part of the motor, which is embedded in the inner circular slot of the stator core. The stator winding is divided into single layer and double layer. General small asynchronous motors use single-layer windings. Large and medium asynchronous motors use double-layer windings. The base is the outer shell and bracket of the motor, used to fix and support the stator core and end cover.
The stator winding of the motor is generally made of enameled wire and is divided into three groups distributed in the stator core slot (each group is separated by 120O) to form a symmetrical three-phase winding. The three-phase winding has 6 outlets, the first and the end of which are denoted by U1, U2; V1, V2; W1, W2, which are connected to the junction box on the motor casing. Generally, the motor below 3KW adopts the star connection method (Y connection ), Motors above 3KW use delta connection. When the phase sequence of the three-phase alternating current passing through the stator of the motor changes, the direction of the rotating magnetic field of the stator changes, so the rotation direction of the rotor of the motor also changes.
